OOTD: Back To College

Okay so I went back to college on Monday, but it's basically the same thing right?

This is a chilled, simple outfit that I like to pull on every now and then. It just is so simple and casual, it's great. This t-shirt is sooo soft as well! Like really really soft! And for £9.99 (plus student discount on top of that) you can't really go wrong. Actually saying that I may go buy myself another..

Faux-Leather Jacket - Topshop (similar here)
Jeans - Urban Outfitters via eBay (similar here)

Necklace - Accessorize (similar herehere and here)

I've realised I've been writing less in my posts compared to my first few which were just ramble ramble ramble, blah blah blah.. I don't know which you guys prefer, but I will try and start writing a bit more as recent posts have looked a little threadbare!

(Please excuse the horrible quality of these photos, something has happened to my camera/computer, but I will fix this before the next post so bare with me!)

Mint Macaroon: NYC Nail Polish

Available from Boots and Superdrug
This colour was actually my prom nail colour, aw the memories! So anyway, I thought I'd try it out as I haven't actually used it since then. It's such a nice fresh spring colour, so very seasonally appropriate!  I love the strength of the colour and how well it's lasted (these photos were taken after having it on for 3 days!!) and it does say 7 day wear but I will have to report back to you on that one! So it will definitely be a brand of nail varnish I will be using in the future! This is the only colour I own of NYC Nail Polishes, but when I'm next in Boots/Superdrug I will be on the look out for more, as from what I can remember it wasn't hugely expensive either!

Do any of you own any other NYC nail polish colours? Or even better done a review of one? Leave me a link if you have, I'd love to see!

OOTE: War Horse in the Theatre

This one isn't really a OOTN or an OOTD, so it's an 'Outfit Of The Evening'! And I am lying to you a tad, this isn't actually this evening's outfit, it's that of last Friday. But lets not get carried away with details!

So on Friday my family and I went up to London to see the production of Michael Morpurgo's 'War Horse' in the theatre. It was incredible - made me cry though, have to admit! This was my outfit for the night, not too dressy mainly because of the temperatures at the moment!

Jumper - River Island via eBay
Necklace - Accessorize (old, similar here)
Jeans - Uniqlo
Boots - Topshop (bought from Next2Nowt)
Watch - Casio
If any of you follow me on Instagram, you'll see this jumper has popped up several times already - and it's featured in my new blogger icon. It's an eBay find, but it's from River Island originally and is still on their website and could be knocking around in some stores too. I adore it, and is my very firm current favourite jumper! It's such a nice boxy shape and unique texture, and it goes with lots too which is always great.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get any snaps from London or the show as it was too rushed and no photography was allowed in the theatre! However I would 100% definitely recommend seeing this production of War Horse, it really was incredible!

Get The Look: Made In Chelsea

As you may or may not know, I absolutely love Made In Chelsea (I don't even care how sad I may sound, that's how much I love it). Especially the lovely ladies fashion, I wish I could wear all the lovely things they do - but unfortunately there's no way I'd be able to afford some of their amazing pieces! So I've put together some cheaper options for some of Millie, Binky, Louise, Rosie and Sophia's gorgeous looks.
(Louise's actual jeans are from her brand Pocket - I personally think they are very expensive!)
Hope you enjoyed my first get the look post, let me know if you'd like to see more pop up on Hope you enjoyed my first get the look post, which is your favourite look or item? Mine is Rosie's chic mint jacket look, and the silver spiked necklace. Let me know if you'd like to see more 'get the look' posts pop up on ellie etc!

OOTD: Studded Shirt

This was supposed to be a post showing off a gorgeous new bag I ordered from ASOS, however unfortunately, despite it being very gorgeous, it didn't quite fit in my college stuff and the handles weren't quite long enough for my liking. So I had to send it back, a heartbreaking deed I must say!

So instead here is a little OOTD for a casual day at college (as per usual)!

Shirt - eBay
Jumper - H&M sale (similar here)
Jeans - Uniqlo
Boots - Topshop (bought from Next2Nowt)
I feel very smart in this, as if I'm in some sort of uniform! I only have a half day at college on Wednesdays (woohoo!) so the perfect opportunity to wear my lovely boots, I think wearing them all day 8:30 til 4:35 would kill my feet! I need to break them in a bit more first. I really adore this shirt, ever since I got it I've adored it, and I think the £14.38 price tag could be one of the reasons!

I've really got into the whole layering-up-jumpers-and-shirts thing recently, it's just such an easy way to style up an outfit, plus I have a ridiculous number or both shirts and jumpers!

Until next time lovelies..
